March 9, 2021: Good evening! Late post due to success from an almost missed opportunity! Don’t you just love decluttering!?!?!
More coupons! I was able to replace almost all my first aid and general medical supplies at approximately half off with free shipping! Without crawling on the store floor… looking to way back of the shelves! Woohoo!!! This is exciting!!! I am so happy!!!
Isn’t it great to be prepared?!!?! Especially, thanks to this challenge, I discovered it was expiration central! By 5 to 8 years on many items! Oh, how lucky am I! In more ways than 1…. (whew! and blushing eye roll)
How does bringing in more than is being moved out count for this challenge you ask? Decluttering is about many things… moving out the old and out-dated…. being happy, free, healthy & liberated…. for me, being prepared fulfills these goals…
I am freer when I know I have the means to respond to an “emergency” even if it is as basic as bandages and anti-septic. I become liberated from worry… what ifs cease to exist… because the tools to respond are in place (well, LOL… as I clearly had ceased worrying so much I forgot to update! more eye rolls… LOL). It feels good to be current and in present time in this one aspect.
In the coming days, packages filled with everything from toothache gel to epsom salts, to waterproof bandages to insect sting and bite ointment! Can’t wait! Even enough to stock the car!
